About Stephen M Timms

As vice president of strategic programs at International Golden Group (IGG) in Abu Dhabi, Stephen M. Timms is tasked with handling the organization’s advanced technology programs while also establishing strong, sustainable customer relationships. Stephen M. Timms, a former business development manager with Tuscon's Hughes Aircraft Company, has also succeeded in areas of business growth, particularly with international IGG partners. He has personally signed up several key international partners and strategic military programs.

Stephen Timms attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck-Hackensack, New Jersey, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. During his time at the school, he received the Garden State Scholarship in recognition of his efforts in areas of leadership and academic achievement. After graduating with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering, Mr. Timms enrolled in a master of business administration program with an emphasis on international business at Cal State Northridge in California. As a graduate student, he was nominated to present a paper on international business in Japan as a representative of the university.
