  • Led the nationwide project for Boyd Gaming to convert all properties to Bally's SDS slot system and one Casino Management System (CMS), this allowed Boyd’s customers to use 1 slot card at all properties.
  • Designed and developed a redemption system that tracked and validated coupons that saved the client tens of thousands of dollars in fraudulent redemptions.
  • Consulted and developed software on the IBM AS/400 system in the following industries: food service, digital/printing, hospitality, and agriculture.
  • Supervised a 20 member team to install Lawson financial upgrade.
  • Key Clients include Boyd Gaming, ConAgra, Hibbert Distribution, and Multi-Foods.

ARMY RECREATION MACHINE PROGRAM, Frankfurt
  • Managed 24/7/365 computer operations for the largest slot route operator in the world including Germany, Italy, Korea, and Japan.
  • Led a global staff in Europe and Asia.
  • Provided support for AS/400, Novell network, and all Desktops.
  • Collaborated to design the communications that included TCP/IP, Fiber optics, DSL, CISCO routers, and Sprint Communications.
  • Designed, developed, and maintained the slot machine accounting system written in RPG III on the AS/400 and was one of the most audited systems used by the government.
  • Implemented a single source hardware vendor to reduce costs and streamline support.
