As the chief executive officer of The UCR Group, Stephen Reeder capitalizes on his extensive career as a real estate developer. Throughout his life, he has developed residential and commercial properties in more than from California to Florida and from Arizona to Oregon. His portfolio includes office buildings, medical buildings, schools, senior housing, and strip malls. Through his current firm, Stephen Reeder focuses on locations throughout Southern California and develops relationships with real estate professional’s, architects, engineers, all of the supporting specialists in the construction industry and government agencies in the area.
In addition to his professional obligations, Stephen Reeder along with his affiliates supports numerous non-profit groups for education and medical research along with the support. He supports Spiritual Center Southwest Church, Victory Church, and Saddleback Church and Jewish synagogues and maintains relationships with many clergy members, ministers, rabbis and religious leaders. For a period, he provided food to individuals in need at Los Angeles homeless shelters and volunteered at a local rehabilitation center. Dedicated to his community, he assists with crime and fraud prevention programs and neighborhood watches and financially supports local police and fire departments.
Stephen Reeder also has experience in the entertainment industry. The band Crosby Stills Nash and Young performed a song he wrote the lyrics, and he appeared in commercials for the real estate entity Kaufman and Broad as well as for health and lifestyle products. A producer of commercials and movie trailers, he executive produced the film WindMill. He also produced and starred promotional video for cosmetic and healthcare industry “Nu Skin.”
