Utilized both claims and construction knowledge to provide accurate and detailed estimates, cause and origin reports, bid comparisons and on site consulting for large losses. Called on by clientele to negotiate fair and reasonable claims settlements. Successfully negotiated and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for carrier and adjuster clientele in difficult repair cost disagreement situations with represented insured’s.
