Huntsville, AL - Serving as a Program Analyst responsible for analyzing and integrating on-going programs-of-record in all services, coordinating the development of system-of-systems across selected Special Operations Command and Office of the Secretary of Defense(Acquisition, Technology and Logistics) programs. Identifies and tracks inter-operability, system-of-system requirements, capability gaps, and ongoing mitigation activities. Tracks program execution, including the expenditure of resources and the execution of contractual tasks. Applies previous Human Resources experience to the development of program plans and budgets, including the identification and costing of critical skill sets in support of cost estimation.
