-Led a cross-functional team through the RFP, ROI, selection and implementation process of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) including a payroll conversion.
-Managed ERP (SAP) configuration changes required when the business moved warehouse locations.
-Collaborate with members of all business departments (Operations, Finance, Accounting, HR/Payroll) to gather requirements for business process improvements and design specifications.
-Define, implement, and train system end-users on new business processes.
