The Finance Challenge 2015 competition consisted of three teams from different universities in Monterrey such as Tec and UDEM, in order to simplify and standardize the invoice process for the department Order to Cash , specifically for the company Celma Aviation. I was one fourth of the winning team from Tec de Monterrey with our project of creating a new template workflow to verify the data that entered to help the company save money, time and other valuable resources.
As a finance intern for General Electric, my daily responsibility include updating team leaders on past due accounts as well as updating monitors and providing support to my manager in any task he may need help with. I also provide support to the stat to tax team with their many projects.
This role consists in creating events that have an impact on our community's less fortunate, either in an economic or social way
In this extracurricular class, we have to tackle world problems (e.g. Brexit) from the point of view of an international actor (e.g. UK, European Union, etc.) and develop a policy or an action plan for the representative that benefits the actors present in the problem.
