  • Completed 31 weeks of inpatient care using the Nutrition Care Process with experience in general medicine, oncology, cardiology, pediatrics, geriatrics, gastrointestinal surgery, neurology, and pediatric, neonatal, medical, surgical, and neurosurgical ICUs.
  • Completed weekly outpatient nutrition counseling over 8 months in OB/GYN, bariatric surgery, and food allergy/sensitivity clinics using motivational interviewing techniques.
  • Cared for 10-16 patients daily on geriatric/acute rehabilitation and general medical floors while attending multidisciplinary rounds and managing a diet technician during 4 weeks of staff relief.
  • Worked collaboratively to provide engaging educations to various members of the community, including seniors, homeless women, children with diabetes, and Rush employees, including cooking demonstrations, games, and lectures.
