  • Created the North America Hydrocarbon Resin Report (competitive analysis, market share, SWOT Analysis) which helped elaborating the Business Unit strategy
  • Economic study on the feasibility of a new production unit = Porter Matrix, Supply Chain analysis from Raw Material availability to potential Customers, Capital Expenditure, and Financial Analysis under several scenarios.
