  • Coordinated, with Marketing Director, the strategy in terms of brands (2 different brands with 2 different brand identity) and products. Marketing annual budget of around 4 M€.
  • Responsible for the product lifecycle management, in direct collaboration with all departments.
  • Worked closely with clients to identify their needs and provide Innovative products. Increase up to 9% the turnover with new products on total sales in 2014. Evaluate, through Market Analysis, the new market trends with strong focus on Snack (in collaboration with Mintel). Developed different products in this segment, one is launching now.
  • Coordinated art and graphics creation for effective merchandising. Working on multi-projects (105 in 2013).
  • Worked on  total  re-branding:  New  logo,  new  pack,  new  communication  strategy  everything  through Workshops with Top Management and in collaboration with external agency.

  • Worked 2 months on relevant project, supporting the possible merger between Beretta and Galbani. Worked with external Consultants, in order to produce a strategic plan for a post-merger.
