  • In tandem with the Home Health and Hospice agency Administrator position, acts in absence of the CEO and in support to the CEO to ensure efficient patient service initiatives and oversees the service line development of an acute care 12-bed Critical Access Hospital and a staff of 85
  • Builds strategic alliances and partnership within the organization and out of the organization; increasing strategic partnerships by 85% in the last 2 years
  • Created organization-wide internal compliance program in accordance with the Office of the Inspector General and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services; administering hospital policy formulation
  • Serves on organization’s safety committee to ensure zero (0) annual incidents
  • Serves as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing the successful implementation of internal compliance program, including annual review of hospital district policies and procedures in clinical and administrative department
  • Create and maintain strategic planning map to support the mission and objectives while assisting in the coordination of budget preparation and administration
  • Implement and assist in maintenance of revenue cycle and medical record compliance; potentially saving district 3.2 million in fines
