Broad operations responsibilities, decision-making and span of authority including direct and channel sales, marketing, product management, manufacturing operations, customer support and information systems covering 110 employees and $12M operating budget. Managed P&L of customer support and professional services unit. Post merger, served as Chief Marketing executive responsible for the company's business strategy, portfolio and offers, partner ecosystem, marketing and advertising.
