Stanley Ginsberg, Senior Vice President of Prudential Douglas Elliman since 2007, specializes in selling Manhattan co-ops, condominiums, and houses. In his more than 20 years in the real estate industry, he has sold hundreds of millions of dollars in property throughout Manhattan. Some of the homes Stanley Ginsberg has sold include renovated townhomes, lofts, luxury condominiums, and pre-war apartments.
As one of the first real estate brokers who sold conversions from manufacturing to residential, Stanley Ginsberg offers a range of properties, such as lofts, apartments, and brownstones throughout New York city. He lists The American Thread Building, Tribeca's first full-service condominium; the Reade House on Greenwich Street; 108 Fifth Avenue, the Jensen Lewis building, the Brooks Van Horne condominium, 9 West 20th Street and 140 Thompson Street among his most notable sales.
Stanley Ginsberg, who gains business mostly by word of mouth, is hands-on with the properties he sells, recommending design and contracting services when needed. Among Stanley Ginsberg's accomplishments is the sale of a $4.8 million townhouse in three weeks that had previously been offered exclusively for more than a year.
Prior to his role with Prudential Douglas Elliman, Stanley Ginsberg was President of Delson Ginsberg Real Estate from 1986 to 2006. The founder and co-owner of the boutique real estate agency in Manhattan focused on the sale and lease of luxury properties. In addition to exclusively selling 26 new and renovated building conversions, he was a member of the Downtown Brokers Association and the Real Estate Board of New York and received the Chairman’s Circle award annually. A Fine Homes Specialist, Stanley Ginsberg was often quoted in Brokers Weekly.
In his leisure time, Stanley Ginsberg enjoys music, art, sports, and the beach. A contributor to Bible Lands Museum Jerusalem, he is a member of the Seaview Association, an incorporated nonprofit homeowners association. Stanley Ginsberg is joined in his real estate practice by another Senior Vice President of Prudential Douglas Elliman, his wife Valerie Delson.
