Since about 15 years I am connected with development of companies, direct and indirect sales and sales support areas. Since 10 years I am took manager' s positions.

Achievements:

- reduction of operationalcosts, organizational improvement

- realization of sales plan in value

- optimization of transport costs

- reduction of retail market service operating costs

- restructuring of the Góra Kalwaria and Ciechanów branches

- implementing the company’s first outsourcing contract – Novartis Poland

- implementing a printing/copying management project – Computerland SA

- executing 30 customers’ audits (TVPSA, Solaris Bus&Coach, Bridgestone, Rexam Gostyń, Siemens, PZUSA)

- creating a business plan and building a new branch in Olsztyn and Gdańsk, managing and developing of

branch in Gdynia

- winning over a new sales market in Northern Poland (direct and indirect sales – APS)

- title the Salesman of the year 1998 in Praxair Polska
