Human Resources and Office Manager
Manage all aspect of employment for a nonprofit of 70 employees including hiring, professional development, conflict management, benefits administration and workers' compensation. Responsible for the facility maintenance of 55, 000 sq ft warehouse and office building including maintaining building systems, landscaping and building appearance.
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Integral member of annual planning and budgeting process with responsibility for accurately forecasting expenses regarding salary, benefits, insurances, building maintenance.
- Staff Development: Work closely with front-line supervisors, managers and senior management on interviewing skills, performance management, conflict management and progressive discipline.
- Facilities Management: Project manager for the installation of solar panels which reduced energy costs by 10%. Responsible for the design, planning and coordination of office remodel that included temporary relocating 20 staff members.
