  • Developed strategic vision for Siebel's next generation SOA platform along with a small team under the direction of the CTO.
  • Managed major product area for Siebel's Composite Application platform.

  • Led and directed various teams of product managers in bringing the Siebel Product Configurator to a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader.
  • Developed and executed all aspects of product lifecycle, including market research, customer requirements, product design, engineering and QA, training, sales and implementation support.

Senior Consulting System Engineer

  • Provided consulting services on Requirements Driven Design (RDD-100), an object oriented, model-based systems engineering tool for requirements analysis, simulation and design of large, complex systems.
  • Developed methodologies for the application of RDD-100 to the system engineering lifecycle process under the direction of the Chief Scientist, resulting in new, strategic accounts.

Held positions of increasing responsibility, including Responsible Equipment Engineer, Lead Structural Engineer, Design Specialist and Advanced Systems Engineering Specialist, for a large classified program in the Space Systems Division.
