> During this period the account went through a transformation programme from its current mode of operation to future mode .The transformation included PSN (Public Services Network) compliant digital footprint, which included the deployment of HP ConvergedSystems (CS700x), HP 3PAR Storage and a Hyper-v virtualisation platform to meet the requirements for mission critical systems; such as on-premises Skype for Business, Altigen Call Centre, hybrid Office 365, ADFS, RDS (Remote desktop Services) with Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity provision. In this role I was responsible for the overall product direction and technology strategy of the account.
> Responsibilities included managing definition of platform/product roadmap, providing oversight and governance of project deliveries and managing core product infrastructure and delivery teams, along with functional management of project architecture and business analysis teams.

> Worked as a member of the Architecture community on various projects to facilitate the development of Architecture standards, principles and policy. Engaged as an active member of the Architecture community by reviewing papers/proposals and contributing to output.

> Designed the virtualisation hosting platform for Cambridge University Hospitals Health Trust to meet challenges of large workloads.
