  • Perform Internal Process Quality Audits to ensure the process discipline is consistent,  identify gaps and convert the learnings into organizational procesess
  • Guide R&D teams in preparing concepts, reviewing, Finalizing, Freezing design with peer reviews with global team.
  • Analyse the gap for process complaince and handle it along with Process Excellence office
  • Perform Resource Planning  and review on fixed intervel.
  • Liason between Product Management, Supply Chain and R&D in freezing the Customer Requirements, Product requirement specifications.
  • To conduct Risk Assessment workshop and find mitigation actions with the CFT.
  • Lead and Facilitate trainings/workshops on quality tools and techniques to the R&D team.
  • Support in Problem solving during Design Freezing stage.
  • Present the department news and status in management review meet
  • Prepare and maintain the Visual project tracking
  • Support Project Manager/Line Managers on evaluation and closing of possible process knowledge gaps
  • Scope and plan workshops together with project manager and possible additional facilitators
  • Interpret quality and process metrics and feed them to Project Manager and Line Managers within global R&D
  • Support the Project Manager or Core Team on selecting the right stage gate deliveries as per Danfoss- PDP
  • Agree on workshop deliverables with Project Manager prior to each workshop
  • Support the Project Manager by ensuring clear workshop conclusions - focusing on results obtained and actions agreed upon
  • Challenge the Project Manager and Core Team on deployment of agreed project Quality Plan
  • Report major lack of process to Project Management Office( PMO) manager if necessary
  • Submit status reports to PDP and Project Office’ during the M0–M1 phase – after workshops.
