·Provided the technical consulting and project management for SunGard Professional Services during business resumption assessment, planning, development, and execution.

·Project-managed the data center move of ASCAP into our facility.Worked with their production control team, reviewing the operational procedures and developed a testing script and new documentation for our staff to run their production processing.Provided technical and operational support for MSM’s operation team.

·Managed the move of Chicago SunTimes data center from Chicago to our Batavia facility.Reviewed their procedure manual and made numerous changes to improve the flow and trained the MSM staff.
