A company's success consists of the combination of competitive moves and business approaches that managers employ to please customers complete successfully and achieve organizational objectives. Therefore a need arises as to analyze where the company stands and how the company able to compete the new environment. The primary objective of the study is to identify the potential competitors, their objectives, strategies and their strength and weakness.

Hence market share, Industrial, Customer value and price benchmarking analysis is essential for the study. The recommendations are given based on the findings from the analysis which could increase the market share of the company. The temporary price cuts can in increase the market share for the company since the company accounts only 10% of market in organized food and grocery sector of retailing.

The company has to further get ready to face the competition from domestic and international companies in near future
