• Owning the quality of the products and ensuring deliverables are achieved efficiently. • Managing all publishing products (Games & Apps) for both PREMIUM and FREEMIUM business models that are developed in the studio. • Working closely with the Head of Publishing and the Studio Manager to define the vision, targets and priorities of the game. • Implemented new project management system using ASANA & REDMINE, and working gently with all team managers to improve realistic milestones. • Through Scrum & Agile Methodologies creating project plan, driving team standup meetings, milestone estimations, tracking progression of tasks assigned for each resource. • Managing creative development (art and design) of the games. • Review game designs periodically and guiding game designers for improvements. • Tracking external content (game audio and text localization).
