Facebook advertising, Google AdWords and Media pitch:

  • Tookitaki is India’s badged Facebook Marketing Partner (FMP) for ad technology.
  • My responsibilities at Tookitaki is to provide end to end solution to clients for Facebook ads. This included running the campaigns, planning the spend forecast and providing regular insights.
  • Won a few clients at Facebook DR Forum and on-boarded them with minimum spend requirement, commission rates and also set up the account.
  • Evaluated various SaaS tools such as Qwaya, Kenchoo and adEspresso to help redesign the flow of ad creation for in-house SaaS platform. Played a pivotal role in recommending changes to the SaaS platform. Put up platform changes/bugs on JIRA for the tech team to resolve.
  • Co-ordinated with various Facebook Client Partners to scale up on spends on Facebook.
  • SME for Dynamic Product Ads(DPA) & Website Conversion campaigns. Set up and executed DPA for various e-com clients.
  • Prepared case studies for various clients and them submitted to Facebook.
  • Executed various campaigns such as Website Conversion, Dynamic Product Ads, Missed Call, Mobile App Installs, Page Like, Video Views and Mobile App Engagement.
  • Analysed Google Analytics data to optimise campaigns. Analysed product performance, bounce rates, attribution report etc.
  • Handled Google AdWords & Facebook campaigns for real estate clients. 
  • Set up and optimised Search and Display(GDN) campaigns. Utilised Search and Display re-marketing campaigns to target returning visitors. 
  • Setup Adwords campaign for an Indian bank (NRI wing). I built the Search & Display campaigns from ground up for the NRI services(for USA, UK and Middle east).

AY Digital is headquartered in New York, USA and I worked with multiple clients in the US, - online food ordering app, – e- com cosmetic brand and – a fragrance brand.

  • Handled paid campaigns (Google and Facebook), email- marketing and website optimization for
  • Built the campaign from the ground up. Keyword planning, targeting, campaign structure, site extensions.
  • Co- ordinated with tech team for URL changes in the landing page for better user experience.
  • Set up all the marketing pixel(AdWords, Facebook & GA) on to the site to track conversion accurately.

Designed, developed and launched online marketing campaigns in Facebook and in Google AdWords.


  • Single handedly transitioned the entire Facebook marketing channel from an agency, so that the campaigns could be run in-house, thereby reducing external dependency and cutting costs. Now solely responsible all spends on Facebook.
  • Connected with Facebook partners/agencies to manage Facebook campaigns, by evaluating and adapting various third party tools For ex: Qwaya, AdSpringr, Ad Espresso.
  • Integrated with the merchandising team and the product team to design various campaigns and offers in order to increase sales.
  • Co-ordinated and gave inputs to creative teams for sliders and banners to increase the CTR.
  • Ran precise category wise campaigns by segmenting the audience in Facebook. For ex: Users interested in shirts were shown ads for shirts only and later the same audience were targeted for cross selling. This was achieved by segmenting the Custom Audience i.e., Website custom audience and Mobile Custom Audience.
  • Optimised campaigns based on the bounce rate, average time spent, exit rate and the products shown on the landing pages. The first few rows in the landing page should showcase products with a good mix of price range, most viewed/ most sold and the ones with available size sets.
  • Solely responsible for launching and running all campaigns entirely during the EOSS time period. The conversions during the EOSS increased by 120% compared to previous year. This is in comparison with the campaigns managed by the agency the previous year.
  • Responsible for generating daily and monthly reports (and presentations) highlighting the health indicators and suggesting improvements in the account to ameliorate the metrics.


  • Started new campaigns for remarketing (both search and display) and restructured the AdWords campaigns. Collaborated with the technology team to launch shopping ads (Product listing ads) in AdWords. This included proving them with information on the product feed and advising them about complying with the Google’s guidelines.
  • Was the liaison between Google and the Trendin technology team to help setup dynamic remarketing ads for Adwords.
  • Worked on Google Tag Manager to add conversion pixel codes for affiliates and partners.

ShoeVival – The Shoe Laundry
  • Started a shoe laundry business (franchise) in Bangalore.
  • Designed flyers and marketed it through paper inserts targeting gyms, residential clubs, apartment complexes and corporates. Setup an exclusive Facebook page with before washing and after washing pictures.
  • As a part of the marketing activity, initiated to be listed on Just Dial for the various services offered at the respective location
  • Responsible for taking calls from customers and coordinating the pick-up and delivery. Also, involved in making regular after service follow up calls to enquire about the service to ensure customers were happy with their experience with Shoe Laundry.
  • Negotiated business tie-ups with laundry services (clothes only) to include shoe laundry in their service. As a part of which was responsible for negotiating rates and planning on the logistics for pickup and delivery.
