Job Profile: Achieve the set Operating Plan of the assigned territory/Product. Managing all the key accounts in my territory in order to drive the business.
Implement an adequate sales and promotional strategy that increases market share over previous years and support marketing team with info on competitors activities and marketing strategies of our closest competitors and to provide feeback on the tools supported by the marketing team.
To exhibit core competencies to drive effective business propositions and growth in the targeted segment of our business. Customer Relationship Management activities which are valued by the clients inorder to partner them for long term business plans and to brick wall the clients to consolidate business every year with significant growth.
Handling of distribution channel agencies Efficiently, timely and accurate reporting of Sales activities, results, opportunities & threats to Regional Manager and Peer colleagues. Monitor, control and ensure receivables in line with the company policies. Responsible for driving business from distribution channel and achieve set sales target.
