Sreenivasa Rao Dandamudi presently serves as Managing Commissioner with the Missouri Administrative Hearing Commission (oa.mo.gov/ahc). Based in Jefferson City, Missouri, Commissioner Sreenivasa Rao Dandamudi occupies one of four administrative judgeships on the independent state agency, which functions as a neutral, judicial body with direct oversight over a variety of state issues.Commissioner Dandamudi conducts trials and issues decisions on state income tax issues, sales/use tax, professional licensing, Medicaid provider issues, and various transportation issues. Prior to joining the Missouri Administrative Hearing Commission, Commissioner Dandamudi served as General Counsel with the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts (pr.mo.gov/healingarts.asp) in Jefferson City, Missouri. As General Counsel, he provided legal advice to the state’s medical board. He also drafted legislation and regulations for the Board, including the state's current regulations regarding physician assistant supervision and physical therapist licensure.He began his employment with the Board of Healing Arts in 2006. Sreenivasa Rao Dandamudi earned a Juris Doctor from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. Prior to earning his JD, he attended the American University in Washington, DC, where he earned an MA in International Affairs. He also holds a BA in History from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.Commissioner Dandamudi is a member of the Missouri Bar Association Leadership Academy’s class of 2006-2007. In 2012, he received the honor of being chosen by the American Council of Young Political Leaders to join a bipartisan delegation to Taiwan and China.
