Compensation & Benefits Management / HRMS:
§Manage the entire gamut involved in compensation management from benchmarking best practices till policy formulation and execution.
§Obtained 99% manager compliance with HR standards and protocol through the creation andimplementation of HR programs, services and initiatives including performance-based compensation programs and succession planning.
§Collaborated with senior management to manage the post-merger integration of new company.Streamlined and redefined workflow, roles and responsibilities, and compensation/pay practices. Restored employee confidence and trust, overcoming initial resistance to change as employees and persuade as key contributors to stay with the organization.
§Switched Medical Insurances providers,ending a four year relationship.Identified new provider,negotiated terms,saved over 8.5 lacs per year,and provided better benefits to 400 employees.
§Streamlined and standardized annual review process, resulting in 98% completion of all performance reviews and 100% accuracy of salary increases, keeping within budget guidelines.
§Restructured a coporate-wide performance based compensation program to link compenstaion to peformance.Efforts reduced salary budgets by 2.37%in the first year.

Statutory & HR System:
§Handeling all Statutory Compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Superannuation) across the Business Unit and Liaison with various Governmental Agencies..
§Designed employee databases for the implementation of HR MIS to track critical metrics like hiring throughput, employee grievances, payroll queries, exit interview analysis, attrition ,Weekly/ Monthly HR Reports.
