Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve targets and standards for sales growth
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts for major retail store buyers in Canada & USA
• Develop and implement special sales drive or incentive programs (within budgets) as required to achieve planned / foretasted sales objective.
• Create effective sales & marketing strategies.
• Attend meetings, business conferences, industry trade shows as appropriate.
• Present professional PowerPoint sales proposals to clients
• Work closely with President to establish a cohesive marketing and branding program to aid in sales growth and customer retention / satisfaction.
• Enhance existing and establish new business relationships throughout the account organization and develop new strategic growth customers and channels
• Develop, build and enhance relations with major national retailers & distributors
• Participate in new product and accessories development initiative
