Stuart Pidrak

Summary

Hello, All!  My name is Stuart Pidrak, I am currently a undergraduate at Purdue University, who is expecting to graduate in May of 2011.  I will graduate with a bachelor of arts, with a major in history and a minor in classical studies.  The career which I am currently interested in is one which deals with foreign relations.  I have always been so intrigued with the way our country interacts with others in all matters of policy whether economics, political, or social.  I hope to have a career in a field where I can directly have a part to play in the ways the United States conduct this type of policy.

Problem Solver

From the time we are born we are taught to be a problem solver.  Some of us however are more adapt at solving the problems which life sends our ways than others.  I am one of those people who find problems not only intriguing, but as a challenge, and one worth the effort to figure out.  I enjoy the prospect of meeting a problem which I have not come across before.

Research

While all professions require some amount of research, I have been expected to research on a much greater and grand scale, than most others.  Being a History major means long hours in a library just to find that one piece of crucial information which will legitimize your argument, if you are not capable of locating and disseminating this information you have no place in a major such as history.
