Developed, promoted and deployed new internal consulting organization within Global IT organization focusing on Business Process / System Analysis. Developed strong, results oriented, objective reputation in a very short period of time (generated backlog of projects within 6 months). Designed and implemented full consulting methodology and deliverable toolkit from solution discovery and business assessment through implementation. Highlighted activities include:
- Led several Healthcare business process assessment/consulting projects ranging from global supply chain cycle time optimization (Diabetes Care), material flow improvement (Biological Products) and operations efficiency - (Consumer Care) identifying over $35M one time savings with an ongoing $5M-$10M operational savings.
- Initiated Global Consumer Care Product Lifecycle Management strategic solution to executive board ($15M investment over 3 years – Oracle software using combination of internal and external consulting services). Coordinated and aligned disparate functions with varying perspectives within Global Consumer Care organization in support of implementation.
