The job highlighted that communicational skills are key for understanding  clients needs  and social awareness is essential when trying to negotiate.

I had to learn all the legislations and regulations so customers wouldn't be confused when dealing with finances. During the placement I recognised the importance of good interpersonal skills and positive customer care. To ensure that I completed all tasks properly I  listened to instructions attentively. The placement was a good experience and have given me the opportunity to grow in confidence and engage in the real world of work. Employment
