At CBRE I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within a range of sectors such as residential, education, retail, public sector and commercial.
My everyday roles and responsibilities at CBRE consist of financially managing projects from inception to completion. I am capable of producing feasibility estimates and cost plans. I regularly produce all tender documentation and have the key skills to perform tender analysis through reconciliation and prepare tender reports.
With experience I have become confident in becoming responsible for all cost control and have developed the skills to monitor change in monthly valuations and produce final account statements after Practical Completion.
I am familiar with an assortment of JCT Contracts and have worked on projects using Design & Build, Intermediate, Minor Works, and the Standard Building Contract . I am a confident user of the JCT Contracts app when filling out Contracts and NBS when producing preliminaries for Contract preparation.

I provided a Reinstatement Cost Assessment after thoroughly inspecting a flagship contemporary shopping centre that required a cost for insurance purposes. All abnormal items were accounted for which portrayed the true value for rebuilding the complex; if the unfortunate event should occur.

I have had the opportunity to assist in the redevelopment of Everton Football Club Stadium by doing measurement take offs with the aid of NRM1 and producing the cash flow for all professional fees involved in the project , I also assisted with the pitch and produced a procurement matrix to advise the client on the appropriate route for the scheme.

The lead Cost Consultant for an industrial warehouse extension under the JCT Design & Build Contract. Pre Contract duties consisted of producing cost estimates for various option appraisals, tender documentation and tender evaluation. The Post Contract duties consisted of producing monthly cost reports , cash flow forecasts, valuations and finalising accounts.

I assisted in appointing a principal contractor to undertake the repair and refurbishment works to the warehouses.The long lease period subsequently meant that Barclays had a smaller budget allocated for the refurbishment, however they still had to spend wisely in order to attract new tenants to the units. With adequate cost advice and cost planning techniques I assisted with professional commercial advice and Contract Administrative support.
