Sales Support

Support sales division initiatives by identifying new sales opportunities and coordination of sales activities by performing validation of leads and prospects, evaluation of client portfolios, performing product demonstrations, administration ofCRM & Accounting database, report generation, execution of sales transactions.In addition, I performed verification, compilation, preparation and maintenance of documents and contracts for review and approval of executives (e.g. RFP, RFI, proposals, quotes, contracts), and analytical reports.  Consistently incorporate sales rules designed by management, and report to superiors, e.g. pipeline, forecasts, productivity.  Act as liaison between IT, sales and clients.Foster mutual trust among clients and staff by providing information, service and solutions to technical or contractual issues in a timely manner, e.g. contract clarification, project timelines, A/R assistance, returns/repairs.Mentor and enforce sales representatives with company policies.Contributed to the migration of multiple business software applications, as such, I was required to train employees and key clients on use of tools.
