  • PrimeroEdge by Cybersoft - Nutrition's Management: Lead implementation project for PrimeroEdge K-12 Nutrition's Management Software. Responsibilities include create two way automation between student information system and PrimeroEdge, payment and banking work using SchoolPay and SchoolCafe, POS software installation, hardware upgrade and end user training.
  • Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Migration: Work with all district and partner stakeholders to help migrate from Sharepoint 2010 environment to Google, Blackboard and other solutions. Transition includes bulk data migration, reengineered business processes, documentation and system shutdown. Transition saved district dollars that is used for public cloud move.
  • Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM) 2012 and Cireson: Implement IT Service Desk Knowledge Base and District wide Self Service Portal.
    Custom Advanced Service Offering and Request Offering development for Change Management and Technology Purchasing. Using Advanced Request Offering on Cireson to implement SR module while retiring JIRA applications.
  • Adaptive Math Grant - Device and Technology: Hardware planning, evaluation, order and delivery for Chromebooks, accessories and charging carts. Also deploy four adaptive math cloud solutions to students in grades signed up for blended classroom. Grant funding received from Oregon Department of Education.
  • Cisco Systems - Webex and Spark: Collaboration with consultants at CDW-G and vendor Cisco to implement district wide video conferencing and business messaging solution to enhance the collaboration experience and eliminate unnecessary travel between sites. Involves adoption, training, usage metrics, technical work with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and hardware installation for enabling video in meetings. This project reduces dependency on multiple solutions to one unified collaborative environment supported by technology.
  • TylerTech Versatrans Trip Tracker: Server, work stations and licensed software update to facilitate use of field trip system including data migration.
