The Business Analyst II-Deal Desk is a subject matter expert, trusted advisory, and partner to the Sales teams. The analyst own the end-to-end deal management processes which include: Assist in structuring ELAs. Understand and coach sales on ELA configuration options. Interpret deals scores and advise sales on configuration changes/options to improve scores and maximize economic value of opportunities Draft and edit ELA contract documents. Review, interpret, and respond to customer red-lines Leverage the deal management playbook to address customer requests and/or objections to advance the sale Provide revenue recognition guidance and/or partner with the Revenue team to offer alternative deal structures that do not violate company policies Ensure ELA pricing and contracts meet corporate guidelines Prepare order packages to support the booking process Be an advocate for Sales and partner with internal organizations to understand complex sales issues. Collaborate with business partners to address customer requirements to facilitate deal closure. Validate structure and pricing for existing maintenance streams(Installed Base) on licensed software that is rolled into new ELAs. Coordinate with Sales and Customer Support functions to validate proper license inclusion and pricing Involved testing Pricing module to enhance capabilities of the module & also involved testing Contract management in SFDC.
