Humanitarian aid organization dedicated to helping Afghanistan: establishing hospitals, promoting education, supporting women and widows, caring for orphans, assisting families in need, providing clean water, and supplying emergency aid.

- Point of contact for all external communications: writing and distributing press releases, direction for TV advertisements, marketing materials, and social media. Contribute to speeches for Chairman.

- Manage all events ensuring organization is represented in a high standard. This includes leading a team, booth presentation, outreach, promotion, logistics, budget, timelines, and on-site execution.

-  Produced the first ever “Bayat Foundation Mother’s Day Telethon” a live, 12 hour television broadcast to raise funds and awareness on the plight of women living in Afghanistan.Funds raised in one day resulted in a 16% increase in annual funding as of 12/28/10. Included celebrity and dignitary coordination.

- Implement programs from conception to follow through. For example, “Earth Day Afghanistan” gave donors an opportunity to school children in Kabul to plant trees and flowers on their campuses.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for Foundation and oversee online giving program

- Manage relationships and engage Board of Directors, stakeholders, high-ranking officials, and other partners at all levels to promote Foundation and cultivate new opportunities.
