Head-Sales & Marketing- JOB ROLE Develop, plan & implement Corporate Strategies(Brand/Marketing)-consistent with the overall goals & objectives of the business taking into confidence the brand principles. Understand and analyze client's customer engagement challenge. Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain branded advertising. Plan and execute consumer engagement programs. Fulfillment of KPI objectives in terms of Engagement metrics like increased page views, return visits, time on site, social media mentions, shares and likes. Client acquisition, tracking market trends to keep abreast the changing client's expectations and laying the strategy to exceed sales goals. Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment targets with a view to optimize revenue. Plan and achieve the sales quota on a quarterly basis. Providing direction, motivation & training to the marketing team for ensuring optimum performance for all the departments. Organizing events and BTL activities Manage B2B communication including Advertisers/Clients, nationwide Ad agencies and regional communities and establishing long associations with them.
