• Independently and accurately reviewed Dementia scale documents (Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale-Cognition (ADAS-Cog) and Alzheimer's Disease Cooperative Study Activities of Daily Living Inventory (ADCS-ADL)) for submission to clinical staff

• Generate and distribute accurate up-to-date site metrics to Eli Lilly (Sponsor) and Quintiles (CRO) to monitor protocol specific site activity in 26 countries including Japan

• Interact effectively with site staff & Clinical Trial Managers via e-mail and phone to provide rater qualification training material, site binder memos, and reports on pending task to satisfy Sponsor request

• Setup process for Sponsor Requested tutorial e-mails for study wide review of score fluctuations on the Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale-Cognition (ADAS-Cog) 

• Managed a cross-continent Project Assistant  team in the U.S. and Prague to complete database management for Sponsor  requested report

• Created an employee driven wellness committee which co-sponsored a benefits fair with local businesses and organizations in collaboration with the wellness efforts of Medco's Wellness Works program to maximize employee participation in workplace wellness programs
