Also workspace planning and designing for the office space for Buildings B03 and B04 – a LEED Platinum rated building .Currently working on Building B05 and B06 for in developing the planning as well as the design concepts aiming LEED Platinum Rating for these future buildings that will be completed by 2011.The scope of work also involves development of tender drawings and coordination with vendors and service consultants along with people management to ensure timely delivery of project timelines .Also timely adaptation and revision of design concepts w.r.t budget constraints ; market fluctuations and client requirements
2.NOKIA R&D CENTER @ VRINDAVAN TECH VILLAGE; Bangalore: 1.5 lakh sq.ft. January 2010 – till Date
Was involved in the planning and design development of the R&D office for NOKIA –A LEED Platinum Rated Project. An Open office concept with emphasis on extensive collaboration – a neo concept in office planning and design; derived upon extensive studies and surveys conducted by workspace planning consultants. Development of Tender Drawings and coordination with external service and design consultants is also a part of the job undertaken.
3.R&D OFFICE FOR SUNGARD AT KHARADI PUNE: 60,000 SQ.FT: October 2009 – till date.
Was involved in the planning and design development of the R&D office for SUNGARD. The design and planning involved an adaptative solution as well as incorporating the elements of the built structure into office interiors and planning. It also involved preparation of tender and construction drawings along with service coordination.
