Frequent visits included surveying several globally renowned brands to different International franchises.
Observe and report customer service and general store cleanliness to determine if company standards are met or exceeded. Daily reports of the above were made and sent to the relevant managers. I have had the privilege to mystery shop for banks, retail divisions, customer care outlets, call centres, roasteries, coffee shops, pharmacies and other fast food outlets.

The Lighthouse Church

Served in a Library (3 years) - Accountable for the daily book-keeping of fines, managing of members records, updating books and members details. Proactively greet and welcome members and visitors. Weekly inventory checks and correspond with senior figures of the church.

Served on a Sound and Media crew (5 years) - Responsible for the weekly setup of various musical instruments and managing media sections of the different services and also the multiple annual special events.

Served with Security (2 months) - Was a visible security deterrent. Served as a liaison for the Ministry of Interior, Kuwait. Made weekly reports for the church of any untoward incidents.
