Summary

I have experience with procurement and in marketing departments. I am focused  to be at my best in the purchasing process both at operational and strategic levels. I also have experience in marketing and sales when I'm in previous roles designed the company's websites and social media. My advantage is that I have easy to see structures and enjoy problem solving, as my previous client can attest.
Now I am looking for a company that works with procurement and market issues in Malmö / Lund area to become part of a larger context

Involved in the procurement department and build business relationships with suppliers in the Asian and European market. 

Daily analysis of purchasing, invoicing and supplier negotiation.

For two years I worked in the Quality Assurance group where I contribute the electronic applications/submissions by handling clinical-regulatory documents and supporting effective publishing and delivery to regulatory authorities. where internal audits and complaint handling are some of the tasks.

Purchases within the Clinical at AstraZeneca R & D Lund.

Contract towards our customers in the Clinical health economists and Clinical Outsourcing. Purchaser for leveraging the external spend for the service and maintenance of laboratory equipment across Clinical department in Sweden; in addition ad hoc investment purchases and putting in place national service agreements for some of AstraZeneca’s suppliers . Economic and commercial supplier analysis, quotation, negotiation, etc. In addition to purchasing role, I had the responsibility of a project where  to streamline the process of the purchasing and the finance department.

Worked as a spider in the web with  invoicing,  customer care, optimization in warehouse, presented the new technology at fairs in Sweden and Denmark.

About Me

I have the experience of different kind of project, research and administration. Worked with technical ventures such as Datalogic AB and in food business with Scanian Farmers but mostly within the pharmaceutical area and with the companies AstraZeneca AB and Mediplast AB. 

 I have chosen to work with the purchase of my analytical talent and passion for problem solving.

I have  experience from working with project, research and administration within the pharmaceutical area

Daily tasks to keep Inventory levels down and service grade high with a responsibility for approximately 40 vendors. Order tracking, delivery monitoring and complaint handling is part of my daily tasks.

My proactive and analytical style, combined with persistence and passion for problem solving would be useful for all assignments in project management or marketing.

A simple and inviting communications are my guidelines and I see both value and pleasure of good relationships.

Outside work time  I spend with my family and I have great interest in Interior design.
