 Apple Distinguished Educator

Summary

I have been teaching in International Schools for the past nineteen years. I currently teach Grades 9 and 10 Integrated Mathematics and IB Standard Level for grades 11 and 12. Over the years, my teaching methodologies have included Flipped Classroom, Student-Led Project Based Learning and Cooperative Learning Strategies. My goal is to create a classroom that is innovative and engaging for my students to make their learning process more meaningful. I enjoy exploring new and innovative ways of teaching with the use of technology. I continually seek out ways to further my skills by learning and collaborating with other educators who are also innovators. I believe that with my experience, enthusiasm, and passion for education, I bring both professional knowledge and creative energy to my classroom and my institution.
