Led HR for this $600M, 550-employee soda ash producer. Managed employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, training coordination, policy development, performance management and HRIS. Secondary functions included first step grievance, CBA administration and interpretation in support of unionized facilities. Assessed HR requirements of companies considered for acquisition, and integrated all HR and payroll systems. Controlled $1M budget. Led team of eight.

Recruited to establish an HR department. Developed integrated HR system supporting rapid growth for this 90-employee provider of workforce management software solutions, including ADP, Link2GL, Link2HR, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. Designed compensation, benefits and payroll structure. Built strong employee relations. Successfully managed self-insured health benefit plan despite extremely tight cash flow. Controlled $200K budget. Directly supervised one HR / payroll administrator and one office clerical / receptionist.
