Bachelor of Arts

California State University, Chico

I have used this program to edit original video content for both classes and internships.
I have used this blogging site to create multiple pages for a class.
I have created multiple blogs on Tumblr and have used them for internships and personal use!
I am familiar with writing tweets, generally mine are personal, but I can get my message across in 140 characters or less!
Microsoft Powerpoint
I have used Microsoft Powerpoint since I was in high school to create projects for classes, work and internships.
Microsoft Word
I have been using Microsoft Word exclusively since high school.  I feel my knowledge of this program is extensive and not limited to simple word processing.
Microsoft Excel
I have used Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets for work, internships and classes throughout my college career.
I have used HTML and CSS to create basic websites for a class.    Personal Website Project

I am currently in my fourth year at California State University, Chico earning degrees in both French and journalism with an option in public relations.  I have studied French for 10 years and plan to spend my last semester in college traveling to France to expand my speaking skills and immerse myself in the culture I have learned so much about in a classroom.

Upon graduation in May 2012, I hope to find a career in Southern California to be close to my family in the lifestyle, hospitality or non-profit industry.  I have spent over a year working in recycling and sustainability and I hope to bring these practices to any office I end up in.
