EMEA Customer Service/Account Management/Inside Sales
A creative and analytical problem solver helping new European customers to register. Manage existing accounts for domestic, German and UK customers. Do translations from legal documents to letters and emails. Help with development of German Website in regards to correct format and question. Recognize and pursue opportunities for improvements in process and efficiencies. Some sales calls to overseas. Handle calls from domestic and overseas customers and work with others in the organization to provide better customer service.
