I write with great enthusiasm to support the application of Ms. Linda Mayfield-Hayes Salter for a position at your agency.  Ms. Salter is extremely dedicated and hard working and will be a tremendous asset to your office.  She is always courteous and responsive to direction.  She grasps whatever assignment she is given and responds immediately.  She does not simply take an assignment and do the job; rather, she masters every aspect of the position and gives her utmost.  In her past role as Principal Administrative Associate in the Bureau of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, she assisted the Director of Administration with numerous tasks and functions other than her own assignments in ordering and distributing supplies.

In addition to her excellent work ethic, Ms. Salter also has a high intelligence.  Her cooperative disposition and her aptitude for a variety of assignments make her an extremely valuable employee.
