I am a young and open minded person. Highly motivated to grow in the IT industry under the profession of a QA Engineer. Recently I have completed my first QA course, with the desire to build a strong foundation and keep growing and continue learning about the profession. My goal is to find a place where I can develop my skills even more and build a stable carrier. Currently I am working with customers from all around the world and I have sharpened my Soft skills and my English as well. I have also attended a few soft skills trainings provided by the company that I am currently working in.
In my position as a Support Engineer I have gathered knowledge about Windows Operating Systems and basic knowledge of Windows DB. Also I have learned a great deal about the troubleshooting process (looking at the problems from many different angles) and many specific procedures such as reading log files, checking “System txt” files, checking hardware statistics when a problem occurs. On a daily basis I perform remote sessions with our clients to inspect or tune their systems, so I am also familiar with some basic Internet and Networking Protocols.
In the past I had a great experience with mobile devices both software and hardware, but mostly hardware.
