- Accurately and consistently creating/mixing drinks according to project business.
- Using jiggers as the main pour for most of cocktails and drinks.
- Hosted guests at the bar as well as multitasking in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Consistently keep bar and work areas clean and sanitary in compliance with bar standard.
- Able to create a comfortable, friendly work environment and able to work well with other employees making others feel "at home," even when at work.
- Making sure all new guests receive a good Din Tai Fung Experience.
