Responsible for Sub Distributor Channel business in state of Karnataka with a yearly turnover of 36 crores
Managing turnover and reach through 18 distributors and 60 sub distributors and sales force(direct and indirect)
Managing town wise demand generation activities ;which includes both head office run initiatives and own initiatives.
Team consists of 5 KAE (Key Account Executives)s ,who are direct reports based at strategic locations and 20 + indirect reports.
Developed the channel from scratch , developing network of rural distributors (63) and moulding them for business delivery.In 2014 ,area have grown 36 % which is the second highest in India.
I have also developed a Capability Advancement Module and for new distributors to come board and start performing in a short time - which was highly appreciated and recognized.
I have been awarded with the best performer in South Indiain 2014 H1 for the number of distributor appointments and volume added over 2013.
Bagged 35K Travel Voucher as 2014 sales contest reward and Apple Ipad for delivering 5 % over Q4 2014 plan.
