• Documentation management system implementation and its control for ISO 9001 - 2015. Prepare quality checkpoints for maintaining product quality.

• Checking NDT of pressure vessels welding and structure and review of reports.
• Quality checking of ESP structure and related mechanical items at the time of erection of CHH project.
• Working with SAP for purchase requisition, stock checking for shutdown maintenance job and daily jobs.
• Prepare and approved Drawings of various parts of equipments like Pump, compressor, agitator etc. Technical evolution of the quotation submitted by vendor.
• Record maintenance related documents as per ISO 9001 2008.

• Overall inspection of structural fabricated items (i.e. column, beam, bracings, casing, hopper), machining items (i.e. bush, rapping hammer assembly for CE and DE system etc.) for electrostatic precipitator(ESP) as per drawing and standards (mostly IS).
• Checking of main layout for fabrication jobs at vendor workshop.
• Inspection of welding (VI,DP) as per international standard.
• Witnessed Ultrasonic testing on fabricated column, beams etc. and conduct client inspection at vendor’s workshop.
• Preparing QAP; Witnessed WOPQ, preparing reports other inspection related documents and also maintaining documentation and proper filling of those Documents and
• Inspection of erection of ESP items; inspection of painting at site. Conduct client inspection.
• Working as site Engineer for painting job on erected materials of ESP and also doing all kind of management responsibility at site at GMR Chattisgarh Energy Ltd., Raipur.

• Inspection of structural, machining items, perform Ultrasonic testing on structural product and incoming materials
• Conduct customer/third party inspections after final assembly and maintained documents regarding the inspection.

• Actively participated and work as a Team Member under Management Representative for implementation of ISO 9001 - 2008 in this organization and do all the Quality related documentation for ISO 9001 - 2008 at the time of Certification.
• Inspection of Small Structure, S.F.C cabinet, Lamination Packet, Coil Assembly, etc. of Industrial Induction Melting Furnace, incoming Machined, Fabricated and Bought out Parts for L.R.F., C.C.M. (Like – Shaft, Wheel for L.R.F. and Cage, Roller for C.C.M. etc.) also inspection of Single acting Hydraulic Cylinder & Hydraulic Accessories, Bush, Seals etc.
• Update the Quality Check points in SAP.
• Conduct client/third party inspection of the final product as well as over project’s materials.

• Assists at the time of Inspection of D. Fans, Cable Reeling Drum, and Hooks & Chain, etc.
• Inspected Fabricated Structural jobs for Construction of SMS and HSM at Bhushan Steel Ltd. at Meramandali, Orissa.
• Drawing & Design and BOQ preparation of machined and fabricated parts for Transfer Car, Shearing Machine.

• Training on the manufacturing of parts and assembly of Road Roller from Road Roller Workshop.
