About Me

There’s this misconception that teacher development has to be a big complicated process, but it’s just not true.

I specialise in performance development for English Language teachers, helping language schools retain staff and students by creating and delivering tailored teacher development programs, as well as working within assessed programmes such as the Trinity Certificate and Diploma in TESOL.

My process is collaborative, rather than prescriptive, and focuses on helping each teacher find their own best selves as practitioners and professionals. You’re not going to get an out-of the box solution from me, but rather a bespoke experience where I leverage my own wide range to encourage high performance.
