Handled facilities maintenance, construction management, land and building acquisition and disposition, property management, lease negotiations (both as lessor and lessee), architectural design for tenant improvements, construction, property searches in multiple states, entitlement, financing, ADA compliance, toxic remediation, contract negotiations andbusiness aspects associated with development.

Recruited as a Senior Broker by the Redwood City office for the purpose of obtaining the Centrum Office Development (now Oracle Corporate Headquarters). I assisted the opening of the Stockton office and was responsible for training new office brokers. At the Sacramento Office I worked on developing market share in the suburban areas of Woodland,Fairfield, Vacaville and Davis.

Land acquistion and entitlement of 367 acre, 290 unit subdivison know as North Shore Ranch in Somers, Montana on the north shore of Flathead Lake. This project is currently underway with most of the entitlements completed.

Land acquistion, entitlement and development of9 acres for five auto dealerships in Livermore, California

Land purchases on Bitterroot Lake and Whitefish Lake, Montana. Many of the properties were repositioned, successfully marketed and sold.
