Working for an EU provider of high speed advanced research networks, managing the organisation's intranet and 6 external websites:

  • Site management: managing site content, information architecture and construction of new areas of the sites using the Amaxus CMS system. Managing internal and external user accounts for over 800 registered users. Site user support, statistics reporting and creation of project deliverables.
  • Content management and development: creation andposting downloadable documents, including PDFs, MP3s and movies in a variety of formats. Development of content including the planning, writing, commissioning and editing and ultimately creation for posting on the site.
  • System Development: Liaising with the third party CMS development company  to specify and ensure progress on development projects. Day to day management of developments including system testing, reporting bugs, tracking their resolution, acceptance testing and sign off.
  • E-marketing Campaigns: Preparation and distribution of web and email editions of the company's newsletter using the CMS and E-marketing software.
